Internal end-to-end sales engine for an EU grant consultancy. Pairs a SwiftUI iPhone companion with a Flask web platform so a 5-person team works the same company-card workflow on desktop and phone. A Gemini-powered Hungarian auto-responder reads inbound replies, classifies intent, and drafts personalised follow-ups. CallKit-verified call durations stream live work-hour telemetry to Redis for real-time performance monitoring.

One Flask backend serves both the SwiftUI iPhone companion and the web app. Multi-user presence indicators show who's on which company card in real time.
Gemini-drafted Hungarian responses
A 62K-character Hungarian system prompt drives Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite to classify inbound replies, draft personalised responses, and extract contact details and meeting links.
CallKit-verified durations
iOS CallKit records the real time each agent spends on the phone — feeding automatic work-hour tracking and per-agent performance leaderboards.

Built-in dispatcher with SPF / DKIM / DMARC alignment, EWS-based inbox + sent-folder watchers, and automatic hard-bounce suppression. No deliverability headaches.
Real-time perf monitoring
Per-agent work hours, call durations, draft acceptance rates and lead conversion all stream to Redis for live dashboards. Admins see team performance as it happens.
